Conference and Bingo

I love Conference weekend!!! This time we had a little fun while listening to the speakers. The kids and Heath played Bingo with jelly beans. It was pretty darn cute!! Plus it kept their attention for at least a little while. I love my family!!

Easter Hunts

This year Easter Egg hunts were a little different. First of all we went to our annual neighborhood hunt at the park in snow. It actually was funny to see the kids trying to search for eggs in the snow. I have never seen an Easter Egg hunt like this!

Then we went to my Grandma Hartley's Easter Hunt and this year the hunt was upstairs in her Retirement home. The kids love going to this every year!

Easter with the Aplington's

This year we went to Heath's sisters Angie's for Easter Sunday dinner. It was a wonderful Sunday. The sun was shining and we enjoyed being together.

Easter Party with the Bernts

Every year we have a big party with the Bernts. We always have a an awesome Easter Egg hunt followed by some yummy food. It is always a good time when we all get together.

Easter Egg Hunt at Grandma Hartley's

Every year my Grandma's retirement home puts on an Easter Egg hunt. This is almost all of her great grand kids. There are a few more missing. I'm surprised they all fit on the couch.

Easter Eggs!

Every year Parker gets so excited when it's time to dye Easter Eggs. Last year Tandi was too little to dye Easter eggs. She had a lot of fun, but broke a few eggs in the process.
Parker took this picture of himself. You can see that he is starting to get a few freckles. I think their so cute!!
I just have to say that I love being a mom! I love watching my kids grow and explore life. This time of year is so wonderful. There is something that just brightens my life when Spring comes around. I know that after listening to conference, I have a renewed faith in my Savior. I am so grateful for his Life, Death, and Resurrection. He continues to bless my family and me! I look forward to this Easter weekend. I love spending time with family, and remembering what is most important in life.

Too many Easter egg hunts!

In the last week we have been to four Easter egg hunts. The first started at Heath's grandparent's Nanny and Bomps house. Now this was an interesting one because it was out in their shed. There was snow on the ground so they decided to do it in there.

Easter Egg hunt #1

It doesn't look like an Easter Egg hunt does it. And Parker wasn't real interested in the eggs he just wanted to get on the Lawn mower.
At the end of the Easter Egg hunt Heath's Uncle Michael Asked Abby his now fiance' to marry him. The ring was inside a golden egg. Isn't that so Cute! What a fun day that was. Congratulations to Michael and Abby!
