Potty Training Sucks!

Sorry I haven't posted for awhile. This is one of my excuses. I have been potty training this little rascal. The first day I thought that she would be easy. She went pee and poo in the potty. The second day she didn't want anything to do with it. The third she would cry every time I would put her on the potty. So by the fourth day I didn't care so much. We bought princess underwear, watched two potty movies at least 10 times, and I bribed her with candy. I have given up. I think I will wait a few months and just see what happens. I know if I keep trying it will make things worse. It has been crazy! I wish I knew the answer to this whole potty training thing. But I think every kid is different. So that is my excitement for the week. I still love my little girl even though I have to keep changing her stinky diapers!

Driving without a License

Parker has been begging to drive the jeep outside since Christmas. So once the sidewalks were clear we brought it out. He is a pretty good driver!
I think Tandi just likes to be along for the ride.

And she always looks Cute! (I think)

Baby Briscoe Is Here!

Leave it to the crazy aunt to rush home and blog about her new nephew. He was born at 7:45 am today and weighed in at 7Ibs 15oz, 19 inches long, and head 14 1/2 inches. Leslie is doing well a little sore after four c- sections. He is in the NICU because he needed help with breathing. But he is doing well and looks like a beautiful healthy baby boy. Hopefully he will be out of the NICU sometime today.

Happy New Year!

Well this is just a part of what we did on New Years Eve! We went up to Heath's parents and had a great time playing wii again and just hanging out. Then when it was about 5 minutes to midnight we went outside to light some fireworks. Parker was having a ball.
And I think Heath and Luke were having just as much fun. The girls ended up going inside and watching the guys out the window. It was sooooooooo cold. There were a few instances where I got a little nervous. Boys will be boys!

Christmas Day!

We spent Christmas Day with Heath's family. We first went up there for breakfast, and then came back that night for games, and opening gifts. We were there until 2: 00 in the morning. It was a fun evening.I put this picture on to show how goofy my hubby is. I always have to fight him to take a normal picture. Opening gifts.Parker got some new superman pj's.
Grampy and Tandi.Becca and Easton.Luke and Easton.Shannon and I with our little girls. This was what we did most of the night. Becca got a Wii for Christmas. This is the girls in matching Pj's.

Santa Claus came to our house!

Heath and I both loved watching our kids Christmas morning. This year Tandi knew exactly how to open gifts. Once she started she didn't want to wait to open the rest. Parker was shocked when he saw the jeep.

The Merrill Christmas Party

On Christmas Eve we had our usual party with my family. We tried to take a picture with all the kids. Some of them wouldn't sit still so the parents had to join in the picture.

As you can tell we all got spoiled. Thanks Mom and Dad. We all love you!

Christmas Eve Eve Eve

SANTA CLAUSE!!!!!
Before Santa came we did a little nativity set up by Annie the Angel. And of course we couldn't go without playing the Guitar Hero. That is on my Christmas list for next year. This is a little video of the Nativity. Caution to all who watches. This family can't sing worth a darn.

Party at the Armstrong's

We finally got a picture with all the Aplington grandkids. There is 10 total. Adam, Ashley, Allie, Libby, Parker, Maggie, Tandi, Sydney, Easton, and Seth. Every year they do a nativity and sing songs. Parker was a Wiseman and Tandi an Angel.
